Islamic Digital Dynamic Competence Strategy: Enhancing Repurchase Decisions in Micro-Scale Retail

Abstract
Purpose: Purchase decision analysis plays a mediating role in the relationship between Islamic digital dynamic capabilities and repurchase decisions in micro-scale retail in developing countries.
Design/methodology/approach: This study employs quantitative research using SEM-AMOS to analyze causal relationships between variables and to explain the role of purchase decisions as a mediating variable in enhancing the effectiveness of Islamic digital dynamic capabilities on repurchase decisions. This method offers a new, more in-depth, and integrated perspective while addressing gaps in prior research to support micro-scale retail business strategies in developing countries. The study population consists of micro-scale retail consumers in Jember Regency, with a sample of 600 respondents selected via probability sampling.
Findings: Islamic digital dynamic competency has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Islamic digital dynamic competency has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. Purchase decisions have a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. Purchase decisions act as an intervening factor in the relationship between Islamic digital dynamic competency and repurchase decisions..
Practical implications: The enhancement of Islamic digital dynamic competencies needs to be directed as a continuous learning process aimed at building dynamic competencies, rather than merely meeting service standards.
